Members, cast your vote online or at the meeting on Monday, May 1st, 2017. Voting open from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM!

Campaigning can not start until the announcement of candidates is made by the Elections Committee.
Incumbent board members shall not use their official board communication to campaign.
The use of membership listservs is expressly prohibited. Such use will disqualify the candidate in question.
Candidates wishing to advertise directly to ULGA-YP members should forward their communications or advertisements in the form of a flyer to email@example.com. Campaign flyers will be combined into one communication and sent to members on 4/17, 4/24, and 4/28 (at 5pm). Flyers must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org 48 hours before each release date. Flyers will be arranged based on the order which they were received. Candidates should not submit flyers until after the release of the previous campaign email. For example, flyers for 4/24 should not be submitted until after the campaign email is sent on 4/17. The flyers for 4/17 can be submitted immediately.
Campaigning on ULGA-YP GroupMe is prohibited.
Voting will take place online on , starting and running until . Campaigning at this general body meeting is allowed. Additionally, each candidate will have 2 minutes to deliver their platform and qualifications to the members at the meeting. If a candidate cannot attend the meeting, he/she can have representative read a statement on the candidate’s behalf. Members will be allowed to ask questions of each candidate.
