Jordan Watters is a native Atlantan and currently serves as the Senior Manager of Inclusion & Engagement at the U.S. Soccer Federation. In this role, she leads the strategic direction for employee resource groups, collaborates across departments to drive inclusive change, and establishes relationships with community organizations serving underrepresented groups.

Prior to joining U.S. Soccer, Jordan built a strong foundation in talent acquisition and diversity strategy through roles at McKinsey & Company, RaceTrac, Inc. and the Atlanta Braves. She is known for her deep commitment to creating equitable and inclusive workplace environments.

Jordan holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management and Policy from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Spelman College.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys traveling, dining at new restaurants, attending live sports events, and spending quality time with loved ones. She is also passionate about community service and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the Urban League of Greater Atlanta Young Professionals.
