Courtney Pullom is a strategic sales executive, entrepreneur, and dedicated community leader based in Atlanta. As the founder and principal of a small business acquisitions and operations firm, she combines deep expertise in business development with hands-on operational leadership to help enterprises scale and thrive.

Bringing that same execution-focused mindset to her civic work, Courtney serves as Special Events Chair for the Urban League of Greater Atlanta Young Professionals (ULGA-YP). In this role, she spearheads the end-to-end strategy, budget management, and execution for the organization’s two premier signature fundraising events — the Holiday Social and the Dream Catchers gala. She is deeply passionate about leveraging high-impact programming to drive economic empowerment, foster professional networks, and resource local community initiatives.

Outside of her corporate and entrepreneurial endeavors, Courtney is an avid foodie who enjoys exploring Atlanta’s vibrant culinary and arts scenes, staying active, and mentoring aspiring professionals.
