Kirsten Williams, J.D. is a passionate and strategic legal advocate with a passion for equity, empowerment, and community. With a multidisciplinary background in law, nonprofit leadership, and business, Kirsten brings over a decade of experience supporting businesses, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven organizations.
She most recently served as Vice President of Contract Management, where she led complex contract negotiations and compliance initiatives. Previously, Kirsten served as a Liaison for the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and a Managing Consultant / Implementation Manager, Services and Solutions for a healthcare technology company.
A proud graduate of Georgia State University and Florida A&M University College of Law, Kirsten is deeply committed to using her education and experience to amplify marginalized voices and foster economic mobility. Through her communications work, she has crafted compelling content for newsletters, blog series, and social media campaigns that inform, inspire, and activate community stakeholders.
As Communications Chair of ULGA-YP, Kirsten aims to support the organization’s strategic vision by elevating member stories, promoting initiatives, and enhancing digital engagement. Her work is rooted in faith, service, and the belief that powerful messages can drive meaningful change.
