About: Lirelle Gardere

Lirelle, a New Orleans, Louisiana native, is both a professional tree-hugger and operational excellence leader.

She holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University, where she was inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa for her academic leadership achievements. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Emory University, where she was an active member of multiple service ad advocacy groups including Global HEED, FLIP, Ngambika, and the Emory Environmental Alliance.

After spending almost a decade in corporate sustainability, Lirelle departed to join her family owned and operated company ‘3 Way Staffing’ where she serves as the Chief Operating Officer.

Lirelle serves as 2nd Vice President of the State of Georgia for the National Council of Negro Women where she supports community empowerment initiatives, a member of Girl + Environment, and is a community member of Climate Resilient ATL under the Mayor’s Office of Sustainability and Resilience.

In addition to her leadership work, Lirelle is also an actress, bringing creativity, empathy, and a powerful voice to storytelling both on screen and off.
