Keshawn Gayle is a technology professional, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and community leader with a background in Computer Information Systems. He is passionate about leadership, communication, and empowering communities through collaboration and service.
Professionally, Keshawn works as a Scrum Master, where he helps teams operate effectively using Agile principles by facilitating collaboration, removing obstacles, and fostering continuous improvement. His work centers on helping teams communicate clearly, align around shared goals, and deliver meaningful results.
Keshawn serves as the Communications Co-Chair for the Urban League of Greater Atlanta Young Professionals (ULGA-YP), where he helps lead efforts to strengthen the organization’s voice, engagement, and connection with the community. In this role, he supports initiatives that highlight the impact of ULGA-YP while promoting opportunities for young professionals to grow, serve, and lead throughout the Atlanta area.
Dedicated to lifelong learning and leadership development, Keshawn is also expanding his expertise in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. He believes that strong communication and service-oriented leadership are key to building empowered communities and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
