Russ Hill, Jr. is an IT Program Manager, Scrum Master and IT consultant. He has been a member of National Urban League Young Professionals (NULYP) since 2018. Russ was the Community Service chair for ULGA-YP 2022-2023. Prior to serving as the Community Service chair of the Urban League of Greater Atlanta Young Professionals (ULGA-YP), Russ served across committees in the Phoenix Urban League Young Professionals from 2018-2021. During his tenure in Phoenix his service culminated in being awarded the 2018 Member of the Year for the Greater Phoenix Urban League Young Professionals as well as the 2019 Western Region Member of the Year for the National Urban League Young Professionals. He is also a member of the National Urban League Young Professionals IT committee.
